What is the YWE Summit?
A 2 day conference in beautiful Kananaskis, Alberta. Content will span leadership development, gender diversity and energy industry thought leadership. This is NOT your typical conference!

Who should attend?
Female energy professionals at every stage of their career — from emerging leaders, mid-career professionals, and executives.

Where is the YWE Summit taking place?
The Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, Autograph Collection in Kananaskis, Alberta (1 Centennial Dr, Kananaskis Village, AB T0L 2H0). The conference will take part in the Olympic Ballroom and Explorer Room. Further information found here.

How much are tickets?
Early-Bird registration is $1,050 + GST and General Registration is $1,150 + GST. To participate in the Nordic Spa buy-out, an additional $100 + GST is required to confirm your spot.

When do tickets go on sale?
Early-Bird registration opens September 22, 2025, and General registration opens October 6, 2025.

What’s included in my ticket?

  • Two full days of programming (keynotes, panels, workshops)

  • All meals & refreshments (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, snacks, coffee, smoothies)

What’s not included in my ticket?

  • Accommodations (discounted room block available)

  • Travel to/from Kananaskis

What’s your refund policy?
Tickets are final sale but may be transferred to another individual until February 13, 2026. Contact summit@youngwomeninenergy.com for assistance.

Where can I find the schedule and speakers?

The Agenda is available here. Speaker announcements will be released as they are confirmed.

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing and layers (weather can vary), outdoor gear if exploring, business attire for networking and photos, notebook, water bottle, and chargers;if you’re joining the spa experience, don’t forget a swimsuit.

Evenings feature optional theme nights: Thursday – Fire & Ice and Friday – Garden Party. Dressing on-theme is encouraged but not required — come as you’re comfortable.

Meals & dietary needs
Allergies and dietary needs will be accommodated. Please let us know during registration.

Accessibility
The venue is accessible, and we’re happy to support specific mobility or accessibility needs. Reach out to us so we can make arrangements.

Are CPD credits available?
Yes. We can provide certificates, attendance records, or signed documentation for CPD reporting (APEGA, CPA, and others).

Accommodation details
Discounted group rates at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge are available through the YWE hotel block (code provided after registration). The lodge will honour discounts for pre/post nights.
